Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
I was recently introduced to Starbuck’s pumpkin cream cold brew and I immediately knew I needed to make a dairy-free version. It looked SO good, so recreating it was a necessity. And it is definitely worth making. This drink is so easy to make and tastes delicious. It’s the perfect fall drink to start your day!
All you need is a few simple ingredients and it’s ready to enjoy! And the best part? You can add as much of the pumpkin cream as your heart desires. Aka, a LOT.

To make this recipe, you really only need one kitchen tool: a frother! You can get a frother online for just a few dollars. I have been giving them as gifts to everyone in my family because they work so well. I seriously use mine everyday! If you drink a lot of non-dairy milk, you know the struggle of getting it to froth well.
INGREDIENTS
To make this drink you just need a few ingredients:
- Pumpkin puree
- Maple syrup: Using maple syrup gives this drink a nice complex, maple flavor that pairs well with the pumpkin. But, any liquid sweetener is fine.
- Canned coconut milk: For this recipe, I use full-fat coconut milk to create a nice, thick creamy texture. In a pinch you can use lite canned coconut milk, but it won’t be as thick or as rich tasting!
- Pumpkin pie spice: You can include this while making the cream, add it on top of the drink, or omit. Or, replace it with a bit of cinnamon.
- Non-dairy milk: Any non-dairy milk is fine.
- Cold brew
Just six ingredients to make this easy Starbuck’s copycat in your own home!
