What started as a cozy recipe blog during quarantine has grown into a seasonal lifestyle hub for the modern homebody. Basically, I share all of my favorite seasonal inspiration here, from outfits to decor to recipe ideas. I live in Los Angeles with my 14-year-old Pomeranian, Bear, and after more than eight years of being plant-based (and over a decade of recipe testing), I’ve built this space to document my favorite food, wellness, and slow living finds.

Through my background in plant-forward cooking, years of hands-on recipe testing, and a deep interest in slow(er), seasonal living, my goal is to share reliable, well-researched, and simple ways to nourish your body, mind, and home!
