Chocolate Date Latte
Hints of cinnamon and vanilla transform this drink into a more sophisticated hot chocolate. Sweetened with dates, it's the perfect drink to start your day.

- 1 ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 dates, pitted
- ½ tsp cinnamon, or 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp vanilla
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a low boil, let simmer for 5 minutes
Remove the cinnamon stick(s), and add the mixture to a blender, blend until smooth. Make sure the cap is on well so no steam escapes!
Enjoy by itself, over ice, or over coffee.
