Green Smoothie with Mango

This green smoothie with mango is one of my favorite refreshing and healthy breakfasts to enjoy. And did I mention it's the perfect way to sneak greens in without tasting them! Plus, add protein for an additional boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mango, chopped
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder, optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Start with the milk and then add in the rest of the ingredients to avoid anything getting stuck.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
