- 1 cup almond milk
- ⅓ cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. If not using any frozen ingredients, add 1/2 cup of ice.
Blend until smooth.
