Ingredients

Banana Egg Rolls

  • 1 medium to large banana
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 egg roll wrappers

Topping Ideas

  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Whipped Coconut Cream
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350F.
  • Peel the banana and then cut it into 3 sections. Then, cut each section in half lengthwise.
  • On a clean surface, place the egg roll wrapper. Then, add one banana piece to each wrapper and top with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Wrap the egg roll (use a bit of water to help to ensure it sticks together) and repeat until all egg rolls are wrapped. For detailed instructions see the FAQ section above.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with a light coating of nonstick cooking spray. Place egg rolls in a single layer.
  • Let the egg rolls air fry for 4 minutes, then pause the air fryer, flip the egg rolls over using tongs, and let air fry for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the egg rolls cool and serve with a side of vanilla ice cream or one of the topping ideas above.
