This tofu recipe will be your new go-to. It's easy, requires only three ingredients, and packed full of flavor. You can bake it or air-fry it and add it to pretty much any savory recipe.
Toss the tofu in olive oil and soy sauce until evenly coated. Then, add the nutritional yeast and use a wooden spoon/spatula to mix the tofu around to coat it.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the tofu with a pair of tongs halfway.
Notes
You can also air fry the tofu at 390F for 15-20 min. Shake a few times throughout.
