- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ tsp corn starch

Caramel Dipping Sauce

- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Apple Egg Rolls
Chop the apples into small cubes (about 1/4-1/2 an inch).
Put the apples in a pan over medium heat and add the coconut oil, coconut sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Whisk together the corn starch and water and then add it to the pan with the apple mixture and bring to a boil.
After the mixture starts boiling, reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Once cool, wrap in the egg roll wrappers (if you've never wrapped egg rolls before I recommend watching a quick YouTube tutorial).
Place in the air fryer at 390°F for 4 minutes, then turn over, and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Caramel Dipping Sauce
Microwave the coconut oil and almond butter for 15-30 seconds and whisk together until smooth.
Then add in the maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla (to get a caramel texture, add more maple syrup if necessary).
