Vegan Frozen Yogurt (without ice cream maker)

This vegan frozen yogurt is unbelievably easy, creamy, and delicious while only requiring 2 ingredients (yes, two!). Best part? You don't even need an ice cream maker for this dairy-free dessert!

Ingredients

Frozen Yogurt

  • 2 cups non-dairy yogurt *for best results use one with a higher fat content.
  • ¼ cup sweetener (maple syrup, agave, granulated sugar, coconut sugar, etc).

Optional

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

Instructions

  • Add yogurt to an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until frozen.
  • To a food processor (or blender) add the yogurt, sweetener, and any additional ingredients.
  • Spoon into a bowl, add toppings, and serve immediately.
